Your team
Your new team may be small, but it’s mighty—a close-knit duo that takes ownership, stays proactive, and keeps things moving. Outside of work, they share a passion for sports, baking, and experimenting in the kitchen. Focused on keeping our workplace and systems secure and running smoothly, the IT Operations team collaborates closely with colleagues across the company to resolve issues quickly, support everyday needs, and maintain an environment people can depend on.
Your mission
In this role, you’ll focus on keeping everyone’s tools and devices running smoothly. You’ll set up new laptops, accounts, and accessories for new starters, and address the technical issues that come up. You’ll also be involved in updating and improving the local IT infrastructure, and ensuring that your colleagues work in a welcoming environment with as few internal technology-induced problems as possible.
Set up and manage laptops, accounts, and accessories for new starters and offboardings
Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT issues across hardware, software, and workplace tools
Maintain and improve device management (macOS, Jamf) and identity systems (e.g. Okta)
Support and troubleshoot local network infrastructure and office IT setup
Help keep our office environment running smoothly, from meeting rooms to shared equipment
Identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes and tooling
Collaborate closely with teams across the company to deliver a reliable and friendly IT experience
Document setups, processes, and fixes to keep knowledge accessible and scalable
You’re comfortable coming to our St Gallen office twice a week
You have around 1 year of experience in IT support or as a generalist, or you recently completed your apprenticeship
You’re confident working with macOS, and ideally have some exposure to tools like Jamf or Okta
You have a solid foundation in IT, including basic security and network understanding
You enjoy helping others and know how to communicate clearly and empathetically
You’re curious and look for ways to improve how things are done
You stay flexible and can adapt when priorities shift
You speak English fluently, and German is a plus
